Walangeri Motel

If you’re visiting or working in Yarralin, or touring through Judbarra / Gregory National Park, you’re welcome to stay in the Walangeri Motel. We have 8 rooms and 3 cabins. Each air-conditioned with a King single bed, free to air satellite TV, a desk and chair, cupboard for clothes, bar fridge, and ensuite with shower and toilet. Linen and amenities are included.

Kitchen: Our Motel has a full kitchen with stoves, microwaves, and large refrigerators that guests are welcome to use if they wish to prepare and cook meals. Our local Store is open 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to noon Saturday if guests need to purchase food or basic supplies.

Laundry: All guests have free access to our laundry which has washing machines and dryers. Please note we request guests use the machines only after hours (between 5 pm to 10 pm) to allow staff to wash sheets during the day.

As of 1 Jan 2024, rates are $220 per room, per night (inc GST).

Free Guest Wifi: The Walangeri Motel provides free guest WiFi through a Starlink satellite connection. Password and connection details are displayed in the kitchen.

If you’re a contractor working in community, contact us about our long-term rates. Our rates will depend on season and availability.

Located within Yarralin itself, the Motel is just across the road from the Police Station and provides convenient access to community for those visiting or working.

We have recently added security cameras to the motel which cover the carpark, kitchen and main breezeway area so guests can have added peace of mind whilst staying at our establishment.
